Every supplier undergoes a verification process: we check business licences, review export history, conduct factory video calls or in-person audits, and obtain references before recommending them to our clients. You never deal with an unverified contact.
Our fee is a service commission based on the total order value — typically ranging from 5% to 10% depending on the complexity of the product and scope of work involved. This covers the full sourcing cycle: supplier identification, price negotiation, order management, and shipment coordination. There are no hidden charges. We quote our fee clearly before any work begins.
From your initial enquiry to receiving a shortlist of verified suppliers with quotes typically takes 5–10 business days. Production time depends on the product — standard goods usually take 20–35 days, custom or complex products 40–60 days. Ocean freight to Europe adds another 25–40 days. In total, plan for 8–14 weeks from order confirmation to goods arriving at your warehouse.

If your product is not listed, contact us — if it's manufactured in China, we can most likely source it.
We work to prevent quality issues before they occur — through sample approval, detailed written specifications, and pre-shipment inspections. If issues are identified before shipment, we work with the factory to resolve them at no extra cost. If issues are found after delivery, we investigate the root cause and negotiate compensation or replacement with the supplier on your behalf. We remain your advocate throughout.
